Nestled in the heart of the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento, our 1,400 sq ft venue offers a spacious and versatile setting, providing a blank canvas for your unique event vision. Perfect for hosting a wide range of events, our venue comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests seated and 75 standing.

Specializing in baby showers, birthday parties, and intimate gatherings, our space comes equipped with essential on-site amenities, including WiFi, air conditioning, a TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. FAQs

  • Our venue can comfortably seats 48 guests & 60 guests standing.

  • We do not offer decoration services. The event space comes as a blank canvas for you to personalize. However, we can recommend reputable party planners to assist you.

  • All events must conclude, and the venue must be cleaned by midnight. Please note, overnight parking is not permitted.

  • All events & activities must be held inside the venue, loitering outside is not permitted.

  • You can book events up to 6 months in advance.

  • Yes, you may bring alcohol to your event. However, serving & the sale of alcohol is prohibited without a licensed bartender.

  • Yes, outside food, caterers, and DJs are welcome. Please note, we do not have a kitchenette for food preparation.

  • It is possible to extend your event time, but it is not guaranteed. Availability depends on other bookings. Please check with the venue manager for confirmation.

  • Due to limited storage space, we cannot store items on-site. Please plan accordingly for setup and breakdown within your reserved time. Vendors are not allowed to drop off items before your booking time, and all items must be picked up when your event concludes.

  • What Our Cleaning Fee Covers:

    The cleaning fee at Unleashed Event Space ensures that you can host your event and leave without any worries about cleanup. Our comprehensive service includes:

    • Trash Disposal: We will take care of throwing away all trash left behind.

    • Decoration Removal: Any decorations used during your event will be carefully taken down.

    • Sweeping & Mopping: We will sweep and mop the entire venue to ensure it's spotless.

    • Table & Chair Breakdown: All tables and chairs will be put back on the rack and stored properly.

    With this service, you can enjoy your event and leave the cleanup to us, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

  • Yes, the $250 deposit is credited towards your final total cost.

  • Refunds or credits are not available for cancellations. If your event is more than 30 days away, you may reschedule to any available date within 90 days. If your event is within 30 days, no refund or credit is available. Please confirm your readiness to book before making a reservation.

  • Setup time begins at the start time specified in your rental agreement. Please ensure you allocate enough time for both setup and breakdown.

  • Yes, event liability insurance is required for all reservations, with coverage up to $1,000,000 per occurrence. We provide a link for purchasing day rental insurance, typically costing between $110 and $125. You may also use your own event rental insurance but proof is required.

  • Tables and chairs are included with full-day rentals. For other rentals, you can add tables and chairs for $150, which includes 8 rectangular tables and 48 chairs.

  • Full payment is due 21 days before your event. If payment is not received by this time, your event will be canceled.

  • Yes, you can change your event date if it is more than 30 days before your original reservation date. No changes can be made within 30 days of the event.

  • You have the option to either clean the venue yourself or pay a $150 cleaning fee. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

  • Yes, our venue can be reserved for classes from Monday - Thursday at the hourly rate of $50/hr.
